Personal Profile, updated May 2009

Introduction
There is a fine line separating proud self-promotion from honest, humble and well-meaning bio information sharing. Some people do not want to talk about themselves at all, and they judge negatively those who are willing to share who they are and how the Lord is using them. The Lord taught me that pride is both to exalt yourself, and, to be concerned about what people might think of you. On the contrary, true humility is to be open to speak out for the Glory of the Lord Jesus, without fear about what people might think of you.

Purpose
The purpose of this Personal Profile presentation is not self-promotion. The major aspect of the ministry that the Lord Jesus Christ has called me for, is to travel to the nations and preach the Gospel; He said: "I will send you to many churches around the world to preach the Gospel". Most Pastors want to know who I am before they open their doors. This page addresses this need; let me put it this way - this is what I would like to know about the preachers who come to minister in my church. Further, our lives ought to be a living testimony for the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ, if indeed He has called us to abandon our own lives in order to serve Him. He has called me to serve Him, and He should be glorified through the testimony of life and ministry of His servants!

Biography
Economist by education, resigned in June 2000 after 14 years of work for a corporation, to follow the Lord's calling, and started my own ministry to the nations, "Christian Development and Revival Ministries". Married to Evi, a wonderful woman of God, prophetic intercessor, who is usually "pregnant" with new things in the spirit, a co-laborer in our ministry. Our children are all believers in Jesus Christ.

Traveling ministry
That includes preaching and teaching at all levels, intercessory mapping and spiritual warfare projects. Some of the countries where I have ministered: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Kossovo, F.Y.R. of Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Spain, UK, USA.

"Shalom Center", Athens, Hellas (Greece)
"Shalom Center" is the Name the Lord gave me for the House of Prayer He told me to start. It opened up on Dec. 2003, and has become a center of seeking the Face of the Lord, intercession and spiritual warfare, healing and deliverance, seminars and conferences, prayers for the Governments of Hellas and the EU, intercession for Israel, and more. The "Church of the Holy Spirit" was born out of the people who came to pray at the House of Prayer; it started in April 2005. We are also gradually developing a Ministry Equipping Center.

The ministries of Shalom Center in Athens are operated under the co-leadership of Aggeliki Kokkala (Pastor), Elenka Atanasova (Group Leader and Administrative Assistant), Regina Legrat (Deaconess) and Anna Korovina (Worship leader).

"Shalom C.D.R. Ministries" Apostolic Network
In Sept 2007 we ordained Joseph and Florence (who were deacons in our church) as Pastors of a fellowship they started in Kerkyra, as an offspring of Shalom Center. Joseph and Florence have relocated to Kerkyra to shepherd that fellowship.

Following that first offspring of "Shalom Center", we saw the Lord quickly adding more ministries, and gradually developing an apostolic network in various countries. We are presently associated as spiritual family with 10 such local ministries in Bulgaria, Holland, England, Belgium, and, the USA. This coming together of "Shalom Center" in Athens with the "Christian Development and Revival Ministries" to the nations has brought forth the "Shalom C.D.R. Ministries", which is a growing international apostolic network.

Home base
In 1999 I founded the Prayer Chain Network of Hellas. Here below are some Pastors and their churches with whom I have a personal friendship: Vincent of Lamb of God (co-founder and present P.C.N. Apostolic Leader), Nida of River of Life (co-founder and present co-leader), Joseph of Living Christ, Bishop Dayo of One Accord, Eyob and Tedros of the Eritrean Fellowship, Samuel of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Peter of his own home fellowship, Fidelis and Rosa of their own home fellowship, Jhun of Agape, Ben of Redemption Ground, Jude of Christian Pentecostal Mission, and others.

The cause of Europe
In February 2002 the Lord said: "Defend Europe". The Lord is gradually building a network of people with authority over their nations, with intercessory anointing and prophetic insight. I believe that such a network may be the "Gatekeepers of Europe", a vision I carry since that time. I am committed to the cause of Europe, for which I have been working on many projects.

Affirmation of the apostolic sphere of authority
By personal calling of the Lord Jesus Christ I am an apostle. The apostolic gifting manifests through the power of transformation, followed by signs, wonders, healings, distributions of the Holy Spirit, and the resulting fruit, which is the mark of the divine presence in certain projects where I am involved. My apostolic authority has been affirmed by the International Coalition of Apostles, who have invited me to be a full member (since 2002) and the Prayer Chain Network of Hellas, of which I am the visionary and a co-founder. The P.C.N. in Hellas was the primary environment where my apostolic gift and authority became manifest and produced the corporate body that developed out of a small prayer group. The pastors, churches and Houses of Prayer that are part of our "Shalom C.D.R. Ministries" Apostolic Network are further testimony to the Lord's calling, gifting, position and authority.

My spiritual background
I was born again in the spirit as a child in the Hellenic Orthodox Church. Following an angelic visitation in April 1992, my life began to change and led me to the day that I started preaching in 1997. That has been mainly in Charismatic and Pentecostal churches, starting from my first international service, which was in Malta, in February 1998, at the initiative of missionary Pastor Pavlos Polyrakis.
I discovered from my very first service in 1997 that the Holy Spirit was flowing through me in a very special way. The main characteristics even from the start of my ministry were:
-people receiving the Gospel of Jesus Christ and were born again by the Lord's Spirit;
-baptized in the Holy Spirit (i.e. speaking in tongues);
-healed (including fatal and incurable diseases);
-delivered of demonic possession, oppression, and curses;
-people convicted of sin, restored and rekindled in the spirit;
-prophetic insight and word (for individual lives, cities, nations, and time-related plans of God).
